No feedback

It’s absolutely impossible to get any assistance from Bonitas. I had a operation scheduled for the 28th of March and I sent through the letter for aunty, they declined it without informing me of the outcome and I sent through the motivation and still no feedback. I called and the phone cut , the 2nd call I held on for so long and I ended up cutting it and no one bothered to call back. I tried their watsapp chat and it has no option for hospital with or option to chat to an agent. If I had the opportunity to change to another medical aid I definitely would cause right now I’m beyond frustrated and fed up.
