NO EXPLANATION OF AMOUNT OF R2186 ADDED TO MEMBER

We pay every month more than the contribution amount we are supposed to pay, suddenly we are not in advance with payments, after emails and phone calls I finally received a statement, showing a journal of R2186<br> dated 2015/04. Again I start email with phone calls, no one is able to explain why there are a journal of R2186 on the member's statement, resulting that they are not in advance with payment any more.<br> today I received this message from them<br> Kindly note that there is no refund due to you and as I see on my side there no journal on the membership this year.<br> How is this possible? The members are pensioners!!!!!<br> I am sitting with the original email from Bonitas showing the journal, without any explanation about what happened to the money.<br> What am I supposed to do?
