No doctors available nor any consultants and overcharging me for nothing

<p>In October 2016 your company did a 2017 Income Verification Check on my son Christopher Jansen van Nieuwenhuizen and you have been overcharging me for medical aid since December or January 2017. We only realised it when we went to an agent to look for alternative medical aids due to the following factors:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Last year my son wanted to go to a doctor and although you have a list of doctors there were no one that were available to assist him. Yet you received your money.</p> <p>2. This year my son wanted to contact your offices only to have the phone hung up on him and then having to listen to music without speaking to a consultant. Yet again you received your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service if you ask me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Attached is a medical scheme quotation which indicates that I am being over charged as my payment should have been R1195.00 per month yet I am paying R1671.00 per month. Kindly arrange for the refund for the past 5 months. Thank you.</p>
