No Delivery Of Meds

I can't believe that in 2016 that I am still faced with a problem where Pharmacy Direct does not deliver meds even after receiving the script. My partners meds were not delivered, script was sent on the 29/01/2016 and confirmation was sent that the script was received. I understand that to you he might just be another statistic but to us he is more than that. For the life of me I cannot believe that we are still having the same issue that we had in 2014 instead of going forward we are going backwards. Does he need to relapse for someone to do his job, when that happens I'll be partner less, my son fatherless and his mother sonless. The last time I checked this is not a favour, but a paid service to be rendered to clients, without us there is no business. I am lost for words at the carelessness and recklessness that we are subjected to.
