No delivery as usual

I’m still waiting for the SMS since last wee****!!!!! Do I now have to go back to Hello Peter before I receive it? Why are you guys so pathetic & apathetic??????

After posting my point on FB, it took Bonitas three days to finally care enough to call me. That’s after multiple posts, FB Messenger and Hello Peter posts!!!

Then after helping me, the lady said she would send me the info I required via sms. Guess what??? She hasn’t!!!!

I’ve posted FB Messenger posting asking for her to send it as promised and as usual, NOTHING!!!

And Bonitas are trying to convince us that they care about their members!!!!
