no consistency on payments
our medical aid has a contraceptive benefit for R1500 p/a, they pay other months and other months they decline and say the product is an exclusion, this has been happening for the passed two years, same product, they choose when to pay it and when not to pay it, the whatsapp consultants are useless,I need this resolved, Its a small amount, but you guys need to decide if you are paying or not.. I will escalate to the ombudsman if I dont get the resolved, I need a written confirmation on email.
