No consideration for the elderly

Every year I need to go to SASSA which is a nightmare to get a letter for Bonitas to verify my income. You can see by my age that I am old and a pensioner and the only income I receive is a government pension, why must we as old people keep running around during covid to get these documents, can we not be exempted from this income verification, I am old and have underlying conditions, I dont want to be in the streets running around to get these documents, you can see by my age that I would not be getting any other income other then the goverment pension, I asked Bonitas to exempt me from this income verification due to the above, but do you think they have any consideration for the elderly, they told me they have a right to ask for this. Gosh I have been a loyal customer for years, never defaulting on my payments, and I ask that I be exempted from this verification due to the above, and I get told that they have a right to ask for this, what other income would I be receiving at my age, where else would I be employed
