Tired to the bone of begging these people to do what they take their monthly money for you must phone them and it cost you over a R100.00 airtime to try and get authorization that is urgent then they still don't help you !!! You want authorization for a specialist but the general specialist department want to put you through to hospitalisation this gives me high blood pressure to try and explain and they dont care of it is urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*** ref number you are very quick to phone arrogantly and say you dont cover a procedure but not so quick to respond in writing on the same subject !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to get some good pleasure once all these complaints are investigated by the Council of Medical Schemes
