NO CARE DONT JOIN BONITAS, NO SERVICE......WORST SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF

Still awaiting feedback as to why Bonitas only paid materials used in an emergency consultation and not paid for the actual consultation, I've requested transcript of the call I made that day, consultant confirmed ive never used my emergency room benefits!!!!!! I've 2 visits under my plan but Bonitas hasn't paid since May......still no feedback, just response that you will get back yo me but nobody ever does, I've submitted invoice and breakdown from Netcare regarding this.....I've contacted medical schemes to check the compliance of non payments......please people DO NOT JOIN BONITAS THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AND DONT PAY WHAT IS UNDER THE SPECIFIED PLANS, THEY WONT PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING!!! I work at a school requested numerous times to email me the updates nothing no calls or emails.
