No cancer cover or support

This is the second review of bonitas in a year ,we have been with bonitas over 13 years not missing one payment .The newest of there issues have come to light where a loved one has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer ,due to the severity and stage of cancer the only treatment left is a certain pill prescribed by a specialist as chemo or radiation is not an option ,bonitas has refused to pay 8 days of in hospital treatment that was caused by the cancer and today found out they refuse to cover this specific pill which is over R30k per month to cover it full is an issue i would understand so after having a discussion they refuse to even cover half of that or even one third they just refuse to cover even one cent of this medication ,refuse to cover the in hospital treatment ,please im asking you if you or a loved one ever receives such news that you will not be stuck with bonitas medical aid.
