No Baby Pack as per Terms & Conditions

In December 2014 we announced to Bonitas that we had our first born on the way. We did let Bonitas know that he will be born in January. Numerous Bonitas call centre people after numerous phone calls told us that our baby pack is on its way and we will be receiving it shortly. After my child was born still nothing, and we phoned again. <br> <br> Again after adding our child to the medical aid, they said we will get our baby pack/bag shortly... Still nothing.<br> <br> Its now 2 months down the line and STILL nothing.<br> <br> Can anyone please come back to us regarding this. Its in the terms and conditions of the medical plan we have, so I will not settle for anything less...and I want it solved A.S.A.P.
