No authorizing cancer medication
My mom was diagnosed with Multple Myeloma cancer, one of thee most aggressive cancers.Yet Bonitas has taken days to authorise her treatment which she is waiting for in hospital. The doctor sent all the documents thru to the medical aid on monday,to date nothing.Its sad that with such an aggressive cancer and with all document receiver by the medical aid they can be so lax is dealing with clients that pay in so much towards the fund.
