NO AUTHORIZATION
My GP referred me to a Specialist Physician on 7/3/2018 and I requested authorization from Bonitas Medical Fund prior to the consultation, but the authorization is still outstanding . Can senior management please investigate this complaint and provide a response as soon as possible? Thank you.
