no assistance to a person living with a disability

I SEND A EMAIL TO BONITAS to ********** on Mon, Jun 20, 2016 at 7:54 PMRequesting assistance for hospital auth as I am hard of hearing and find it difficult communicating via phone." READING” I will appreciate if a consultant can assist me by typing in the procedure codes as per attached docs for auth. I can be contacted at any time thereafter. Today 21st, I received a email "With reference to your query number 200616QTBM8X, email is forwarded to the auth department for assistance" this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH I WOULD HAVE APPRIATED IF THERE WAS MORE PERSONAL CONTACT TO HELP by DIRECTLY APPOINT SOME ONE TO ASSIST ME AT AUTH DEPT INSTEAD OF JUST FORWARDING DOCS. I decided to phone later this afternoon at Tue, Jun 21, 2016 at 3:59 PM requested the auth no. The lady said nothing was received SO here is where the trouble started, I battled to hear what the lady was asking, and it was so bad that my colleague had to intervene and continue, ref - BON ********** 0 was given and I again was requested to fax docs. By not attending to my request and ensuring my needs were catered for is a BIG SLAP TO ANY DISABLED PERSON.
