No Assistance from call centre

I have been trying for a week to get a tax certificate from Bonitas. When I am lucky enough to reach somebody at the call center, they claim they no longer have access to those tax records and give me another call center to try. I just get pushed around from call center to call center. On Friday 25 April i was assisted by a gentleman named Kendall who assured me he would email my tax certificate to me, and after verifying my email addy three times I have yet to receive that email.(58474) . I even tried an email query, all I got was an automated response thanking me for the query and no further feedback. (250425qx8vr6)
