NO ACTION, DOESN'T CARE

I previously wrote a query which simply needs a letter in the company letterhead, clearing communication that service provider things it was send by Bonitas but Bonitas denies sending such letter. the letter is instructing service provider not to allow Bonitas patients service until further notice. Worse part is that the service provider is under Bonitas network. Bonitas keeps calling me explaining but explaining to me wont help at all since the letter service provider has needs to be cleared or resolved in writing. meantime I need service and paying for monthly premium in full. Bonitas is soooooo poor in responding. they call me making promises that they spoke to the service provider which is a complete lie as I tried to make an appointment and service provider is still singing the same song. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO WRITE THAT MEMO/LETTER? absolutely bull...
