No acknowledgment from CEO's !!

My father is a member of Bonitas and had to have open heart surgery last year September 2017. Although Bonitas have been generally good, the problems that I have had the last few months with payment of accounts has soured my experience with them. The thing that really has got to me is the lack of acknowledgement from the CEO Mr Pedersen. I addressed an email to him finally last week as after months of going back and forth I had run out of patience. He has yet to even acknowledge my emails, although I have received a read receipt. The exact same thing happened with Aurora, a rehabilitation hospital in Port Elizabeth. My father was discharged with a septic wound from open heart surgery and had to be hospitalised and under go another op due to their negligence, Dr Nancy. They admitted mistakes on their part but when I emailed the CEO Mr Riel du Toit I was fobbed with a weak apology and told sorry if this is not enough and from then on no further acknowledgement. Dr Rob Campbell was left to answer for their errors in their processes (of which he also was in error) and neglect. It is so sad that CEO's or top management feel that they do not have to answer or acknowledge correspondence from their customers.
