No Accountability/ Morality and poor service

Please do yourselves a favour and do not even consider joining this medical aid scheme, if you would like your medical aid claims to be paid just dont - I'll give my experience in a nutshell. I joined thinking that they were a reputable medical aid however there was no aid that was provided, I took my two girls to the Dr for Flu and my claim was not paid because the dr was not on their list of practitioners, after following up I was told that my plan required me to select certain practitioners to go to ( I was never informed of this) after several calls they explained that they work through a broker and the broker that assisted me was informed in OCT 2023 that this information was missing, i was never informed by the broker. After more than 5 calls spanning over months with the medical aid they acknowledged the mistake and wanted to pay but then found out the DR is not on their list and then they reneged on their initial admission and indicated that there was nothing to do but for me to pay the bill. In this economy to fork out so much money for medical aid for one's family and still not have cover is ******** and immoral. Go ahead and join if you wish to deal with a scheme that has no sense of accountability and morality.
