Nightmare

Dealing with Bonitas has turned into a nightmare. They have apparently outsourced functions to various providers — in the case of dental work to Denis. I have a problem over a claim and neither Denis nor Bonitas will respond to my queries. Denis responded without answering any of my questions. Bonitas keeps referring me back to Denis. Both entities simply recycle meaningless emailed responses. When I try to take it up with them on the phone they effectively do the same thing, pointing fingers at each other. I’m about to refer my problem with Bonitas to the Council for Medical Schemes.
