New member - Waiting period - No feedback

I just joined Bonitas. Their did give me a 3 months waiting period, I need to know why? I was on Medihelp ,Bestmed and on GEMAS medical aid schemes. I've been on medical aid for the past 20 years now without WAITING PERIODS!! With no gaps. Membership no: ********** 7411 Please confirm the following questions ASAP ! In writing. 1.) From when is M. Janse van Vuuren a Bonitas member. 2.) I phoned twice now for confirmation of the following, nobody at Bonitas can confirm why there's a 3 month waiting period. This is ridiculous! So I must stay calm in case I'm in a motor vehicle accident , because my new medical aid did give me a waiting period with no explanation and no reason. And then their will tell me we not going to pay your hospitalisation. If you need info or medical aid certificates, please phone me. That we can sort out this problem as soon as possible!!
