never use Bonitas
Bonitas is the ****test medical aid. I have been trying and trying to do my taxes, all I need is a copy of my tax certificate from bonitas. They take two weeks, and still fail to deliver on the certificate. They even sent me a survey email asking how the service was. utter gob ****e. now I am late to pay taxes. will make sure to forward the bill to bonitas

It is only once taken to a more public platform that you choose to rectify the mistake. I did not wish/ask to be contacted by anyone from Bonitas, as we find your services less than competent, across the board. We still have not received this Tax Certificate, after speaking to 3 of your staff members.
