Never call back when they promise to
Bonitas has a 'Back and neck' programme, which sounds fantastic, but impossible to get registered on. Called last week Wed. The promised to call back on Thursday at 14h00. No phone call. Called back on Friday. After moaning they took my application and promised to cal back on Monday. No call to date! Suppose I will have to call back tomorrow and moan again! Can Bonitas EVER get anything right first time? or call back when they promise to?
