Network service providers not vetted
I live in Midrand and whenever i google review a doctor on the Bonitas list of network service they have TERRIBLE reviews. How do Bonitas select these people. which leaves me with the options to either contact a doctor that is quite a distance to where i live or i have to go to a non network doctor which means that the medical aid benefit does not apply. Bonitas is wasting my money, as their doctors never resolve issue the first time which means that i have to waste time and money to try and find a doctor that can.
