Network Hospitals communication failure

I am extremely upset with the fact that network hospitals or any changes to the list are not communicated to me before option change so that I can make an informed decision on which option to choose for the next year (Surely you have the details of your "select" option clients) I went through the whole process of seeing my GP who referred me to a Specialist at Mulbarton hospital(which I used as a network hospital since changing to Primary Select in 2019) for which you gave authorisation. I need an operation and upon getting authorisation for pre admission to the hospital, I only found out that the hospital no longer forms part of the network. In case you guys haven't noticed, we are going through a pandemic and it's nerve wrecking just going out for medical care, NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN AND SEE A SPECIALIST AT A "NETWORK HOSPITAL" SO THAT I CAN GO TO A FACILITY THAT I AM NOT FAMI**** WITH AT ALL, all in the name of "Network". You guys have sent my anxiety levels to the point where I rather continue to suffer with this pain caused by gallstones than seek the help I need

5 Working days has passed without so much as a call. This truly shows how little you value your clients. I am utterly disappointed by you Bonitas Medical Fund
