NEED TO KNOW IF BONITAS HAS A WORKING PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS

<p>I have called there numbers, got the standard voice prompts, in despreation i have followed most of them to speak to someone...... Well no one answers, the line just cuts off. Sent email (lots) get the standard reply with a reference number but not answer to my queries. I need to see a speclist and need to know how to get the paper work to Bonitas for authorisation. So the medical aid I pay for to save my life could cost me my life........ </p>
