Necklet of Bonitas services provider

On 31/07/2026 my chronic medication still haven't delivered by Marara Pharmacy. It was way due already first they say haven't received new prescriptions when that been sorted it wasn't still delivered after numerous calls a Kenneth of Marara call me and say go to your local Pharmacy and get medication and sent the invoice to me Marara will pay the bill. On 03/08/2026 (A0B022-reF) sent the bill to Marara and up to date no refund was made to me or pharmacy paid.

Another problem I have is that on 19/08/2026 I was in hospital and on request from a surgeon a urgent ct scan need to be done. Because it was after hours that the scan was requested and done Bonitas fail to pay as they say their was no authorization for the scan. Now may question is how do you or the facility get authorization to get it done as it close on 16;00. It's the second time it happening to me.
