Please note the 5 stars are not for the medical Fund but rather for a specific staff member that Bonitas are blessed to have. Nowadays call centers and medical funds are not always that easily to navigate or as helpful as they should be. I had the privilege of being assisted by Nawaal Green. This lady is extremely professional, kind, patient and an absolute star. I hope that Bonita's Medical Fund appreciate her and treasure her for the asset and jewel she is.
