Natasha Singh from Bonitas steps up to help

I would like to thank Natasha Singh for all her help, with regard to, a claim which required a refund from our Bonitas Bonsave medical aid savings portion. Natasha was very efficient and went out of her way to reply to emails and phone calls. She always kept us aware of each step of the process and even when things were not in our favour, she made a point of investigating other options to possibly help resolve our claim. Even when I was upset & rude, she kept her cool and was polite and continued to help. After a few months of back and further between myself and the doctor involved, we finally had a solution which was in our favour.<br> <br> With staff like Natasha Singh, Bonitas will definitely have more happy clients and also more referrals by clients.
