My Refund was supposed to be due End on May Now they asking for Clearer ID Copies Really Now Bonitas I submitted everything how clear must the copy be??? Please pay my Refund Why do I have to Wait so Long

If Bonitas looks at my Record for 13 years they Never Struggled with any Debit order short payments from me Now this is the Service I Get?i
Its seriously very unprofessional How clear would you like the ID copies to be?? Because the copies I sent is perfectly fine to me and everyone else i showed you just deliberately delaying the payment and its actually very 😔 Sad that you doing this to your customers
