My life depends on this medication not surgery

Poor chronic management on accute severe condition by Bonitas as I have been hospitalized for more than three weeks. I've been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis since 2022 and different types of medications has been administered which has failed, the colitis is now severe causing extreme pain, I haven't been able to work or be with my family due to this condition. Now Bonitas is failing to approve medication while I am in hospital and sick, they keep declining and my condition keeps getting worse, I am regretting being a member of this medical aid which I have joined since 2016 and thought will have my back during difficulty.
