<p>322647 MRS ES POTGIETER ********** 6823 we have been sending mails asking for someone to please contact Ella Potgieter but to no avail my mom needs her medication and they are not sending. they say my mom owes money but nobody can help as it was for fox air which the doctor wrote a letter for. I have never in my live come across such bad service</p> <p> </p> <p>Can my mother not get her medication from a pharmacy instead of pharmacy direct?</p>

Thank you for your reply, my mom got her medicine this morning but never sent her all the medication as per skript - Now they say we owe them R271.00 with no communication as to why and never sent her bloodpresure pills; disprine; deprimal????
We would rather go to another pharmacy as to receive anything through Pharmacy direct. Before only paid levy for bloodpresure pills which we pay every month R65.00 why now more charges and nobody can even contact and communicate the reason. I am totally fed up with this pharmacy
