Moving to marara pharmacy wast probably the worst decision
I am happy with Bonitas Medical Fund however since early 2025 they moved from pharmacy direct to marara pharmacy
And since day one it was just issues after issues Double medication claims and not getting the claimed medication delivered Sending more medication than was prescribed constantly having to ask when is my medication delivered but a claim was made a week prior and even approved my Bonitas
This is just a benefit limit drain at no fault of the customer and Bonitas doesnt even seem to care about this issue
I am forced to use this pharmacy for chronic medication unless I want a 40% co-payment,yet Im not even getting my medication at all and my benefits are just being drained by claims
Disgusting to say the least
