Moved from Discovery to Bonitas and what a mistake. Been trying for 3 Months to get my diabetic chronic meds from you and still no nothing. You asked for scripts and HBA1C which I sent. No one comes back to me, I always have to call and ask what is happening. 2 of the 3 meds are approved apparently, call center agent not sure but now there is a 30% co-payment on the meds. Managers are never available in the chronic department, they are in meetings 8 hours every day. Your sales pirch is good but your service is the worst. I need my diabetic meds. Someone needs to call me to sort this out, your chronic department has no clue what to do. call me on ***
