MOVE YOUR MEDICAL AWAY FROM BONITAS ASAP!
What a bunch of clowns. Bonitas is down the drain because of their own incompetence. They deduct my premium and tell me it didn’t went off at my bank! I send them proof that it did. More than a week later and still the idiots amazes me that they can even breathe, let alone talk. Pathetic service. MOVE YOUR MEDICAL AID AWAY FROM BONITAS TO DISCOVERY OR MOMENTUM. The latter won’t ***** your money and claim stupidity.
