Motivation sent by DR and still no approval...so much for having medical aid

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I writing about the service that i have received from Bonitas, i was scheduled to go for a knee operation until Bonitas said the require a motivation and quotation for an ACL. My doctor send all the information to medical aid and not once have the medical aid health advisors updated my call or given me the a call of where they are in the process. I really need to have this operation as my knee is very unstable and in pain. How long must i wait to get feedback or should i go to a public hospital. Even calling them is a waste of time as you will hold forever...can i get assistance please and get approval for my procedure.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
