Mother Baby Pack

Hi,<br> <br> My son was born on 15 April 2015, i requested the baby pack shortly after he was added as a dependent to the medical aid, and received an email stating Your mother and baby pack has been requested and will be couriered to you<br> I have not received any correspondence from the courier with regards to the baby pack, Is there a reason for the delay? When can I expect it? <br> <br> This seems to be a common problem for Bonitas customers, could someone please contact me and advise with a specific delivery date instead of the useless party line of \your request has been forwarded to the relevant department and we will provide you with feedback". I don't need to know that you have forwarded my request onto another department"
