Most ******* useless Medical scheme EVER!!!

Dear stranger, No matter how tough life may get, DO NOT join Bonitas! You are as good off as being without medical aid. Since Momentum administration took over 1 June, this scheme has gone down lower than a snakes belly! If you want frustration, unresolved enquiries,unprocessed hospital authorisations with many shortfall claims and zero access to so called benefits they claim you get trust they will give you just that. Not even bare minimum, you will l suffer at the hands of these people, I'm living proof. Do yourself a favour and look to other schemes who will prioritize your health before you waste your money and time. I would rate them zero stars but this platform doesn't allow. Hoping this will save someone out there.
