Most useless medical aid ever

My son was born on 23 feb this year ....bonitas know about it ...as soon as he was born i requested the docoments to add him to my medical plan ...i reiceved it the next day ...i filled it in and saw there was a part that my work has to stamp again ...i phoned and explained to them i will only be able to get it stamped on the 11th of march they said not to worry i have 30 day to register my son ....long story short ...i send forms in on the 18th of march and till today i have reiceved no correspondance my son still has not been aded cause now they cant find the forms... i have sent email after email explaining the problem and that i now have acc that i must pay where they where supose to cover it and these idiots keep sending me the forms which i already have filled in and sent back....i am really disapointed but i will be moving to best med cause i cant deal with stupidity like this you pay a arm and a leg for a service which you do not receive ....most useless medical aid in south afrika rather go somewhere els DONT USE BONITAS
