Most Useless, *********** Application Process- THINK TWICE!!!!
I would love to give this zero stars as this is my second post requiring answers.
I have been trying to apply for my parents from the end of May and I am not receiving any feedback despite the lies that Bonitas keeps saying that they are looking in to it!!! To wait over 1 month for a simple application process is absurd!
I need the contact information of someone senior to call me before I call through requesting for someone on my own.

Or do all your consultants just lie their way through escalations? Surely feedback should have been given between my initial inquiry on Friday and this post if that query was "escalated"?
