Most unreliable pathetic medical aid with no service delivery

<p>Out of the blue 2 days ago I received an email that I owe Bonitas R1500. I have a debit order for a fixed amount and the rest is paid by Liberty. I phoned their useless call centre that explained I can send proof of payment to credit control at Bonitas. I did that the same day and received a ref query 091116Q0JYTG and resolution time 5 working days. Today I received an email that benefits are suspended. I phoned immediately but the useless pathetic call centre do not allow members to speak to the credit control section. The agent told me that there is in any way no-one credit control office and I have to phone later again. Very unreliable because although paid in full the pathetic Bonitas did not look at proof of payment. People should think twice before joining a medical fund that suspend members benifits if they themselves are to lazy to look at the proof. It was a system error last time and the 2 time in a year. </p>
