Most pathetic staff to resolve any requests
I would NEVER recommend anyone to this most pathetic fund. Most INCOPETENT staff i have ever come across. Have been with a medical aid for 36 years and now retired. Had to join a fund who is totally useless to resolve the most elementary request...this is BONITAS!!!!!!!!!!!
