Most ****est Medical aid

Such ****y service it’s irritating.. I don’t know how they expect a sick person to be sending emails for referrals to get authorisations and especially for medication that is just insane !!!! And also they will keep on transferring you when you call them .. seems like they don’t know what they doing it’s honestly unprofessional

I asked them to give me an authorisation for medication and they told me I’ll wait about 2 to 3 days for it .. which is absolutely ridiculous.. what if I die within the 3 days with out help ? Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this medical aid to anyone .. they have all these benefits listed on the brochure but you can’t even access them when the time comes which is absolutely absurd!!! They just quick to take our money but slow on providing the service 🙄 I honestly why they rated top 5 with such bad service.. discovery is the best and the money is worth it even with less benefits at least they honest rather than advertising lies .. if they were not using this **** medical aid BONITAS I would so happy !!!!
