More contributions and less refund

Joined medical aid in August 2015.The contributions were paid through my bank account for August and September. From October the contributions were paid from my employer. October, November, December, February and March Bonitas deducted twice for each month which is not correct.JAnuary,R358 was debited from my bank account, why I don't know because the annual increase was also added in December. I sent the e-mail in December for them to stop deducting from my salary but they only stooped in January and started again without my permission. So far Bonitas only refunded me 1 contribution saying I didn't pay for 3 months. I sent payment proofs and HR also did but no one is considering getting deeper into this matter. I've been calling them since October last year with no concrete response .I'm getting different responses from different consultants after holding on for more than 30minutes every time the time. Credit control which seems to be responsible for such matters is very *********** and inconsiderate with a bad attitude. What they do is frustrate you with e-mails of suspending your benefits that's all.
