Month to month suspension issue of membership

I will be happy if all consultants take ownership of their wrong doing and not pin them to the members. I struggled to lift suspension on my medical aid member following a mistake done from their side claiming that I have arrears. After a long struggle, I got assistance. Now again same thing occurred, I sent an email and still awaiting suspension to be lifted. I don't know how long should one struggle with this regard.
