Money owed to Bonitas
<p>So Bonitas sent me an email recently regarding money owed by me. I terminated my membership wth them end of April. Before termination I have been receiving monthly statements to review until the last month of my membership which never showed that I owed any morney. In September I recieved a statement (mind you June, July & Aug no statements were forwarded) saying that I owe money. I called in today and asked to speak to a senior person as you might know that you guys employ the most incompentent call center agents under the moon. The woman told me that I will recieve a call from the manager, until now I have not received any call and that was 9am this morning. Ref number to my call is 181116QOZ3GW.</p>

software application and can be downloaded by clicking here.
A security dialog box may pop up asking whether you would like to "Open" or "Save" the file,
choose "Save", select a location to save the file to (e.g. Desktop) and click "Save" again to
begin the download. Once the program download completes, click on "Open" to install the
program.
This download may take some time to complete, however, this software only needs to
be installed once.
