Money deducted after I have been promised that the termination would happen

I sent an e-mail and I wanted to add my husband and cancel my grandchild. I then received so e-mail back saying there was a section that was not completed on the form so they could not add my husband but my grandchild would be terminated on the 31st August. Until now the termination hasn't happened, haven't been refunded I have ref numbers, I am promised to be called back and nothing has happened
