MJ Le Roux pay for how long and must not claim

Good Day I When from a other Medical Aid to Bonitas medical scheme and start my payment from the 09/2015 now when I try to give in my prescription in Dec 2015 it declined. The chemist did say to me try Jan again as you are maybe a new customer so I did left it but the Monday I did send a mail to Bonita needless to say till today no one replay back regarding this problem make no mistake they can really very fast let you know of your payment that did not go off or suspend you service. I did sent them n mail again today to stop my medical aid. Now I need to know where is all my money go to I need all this payment to get paid back to me from the 9/2015 till end of January because I did not use my medical aid at all for this months and most of all when I try they declined so what now. I really need urgent feedback regarding this.
