mistakes and more mistakes

I rejoined Bonitas in August 2017. A late joining penalty was incorrectly calculated as 25 percent instead of 5 percent and i had to explain to them how to calculate it. They agreed andchanged the amount but still put through the wrong debit order amount. Now they say i owe them. Surely they have calculators. You charge me R1842 instead of R1684, then how can I owe you. Had to ask five times if they corrected the speling of my name. Then they put through double debit on 1 september by mistake, one debit order bounces andnow they suspend my benefits. What is going on. Promises to return calls never happen.
