Mission to cancel membership

<p>I have been trying all week to cancel my membership but i keep getting put on hold by the robotic call centre agents. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday I was told they cannot assist me with no explanation today i get put on hold for way too long. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a simple proccess a member wants to cancel all you have to do is put it on the system. I do not wish to speak to someone who wants to retain me because my mind has been made up to leave Bonitas. Terrible service, terrible benefits and robotic call centre agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I for one know that they claim to be 'customer centric' well apparently not. This year has been nothing but struggles fromm Bonitas from double debting to not wantng to pay the money to this now. My membership needs to be cancelled as in yesterday as I have already app**** to join another medical scheme. You guys are pathetic!!!! </p>
