Missing refund
On the 7/20/2015 I app**** for a refund for the money I paid in cash at Dr Ho, I was then regusted to send 3 months bank statement so that they can update my bank details and on the 8/10/2015 I received an SMS stating that I'll receive R397.15 on 14/10/2015 but I haven't received the funds to date 24/10/2015. I would like to know in which bank account was the refund deposited and if there were and refunds prior to this one and where were they deposited.
